Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lufkin South, an IHG Hotel

The staff was very friendly and helped us to sign up for the rewards program to enjoy free wi-fi for our toddler. We also received a text from staff every day to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We weren't able to make it to breakfast, but it smelled delicious as we would leave for the day.

The staff was exceptional gave us a list of Christmas lights to take Grandkids to see

The hotel was wonderful for the price! The breakfast bar was a pleasant surprise…we didn’t expect such variety or the amount of choices they had. Way above your usual “continental breakfast” so many hotel chains offer which usually isn’t much at all. And the hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was also in good proximity to food and shopping.

Great staff, definitely accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was very limited another "grab and go" - pop tarts, cookies, juice, kolaches or frozen biscuits. The rooms that had the glass door showers were the best, other rooms even though clean they could use updating. Best shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that I have use in a hotel. They are mounted in the shower (big bottles) no more struggling with tiny bottles. Keuring coffee - great. A lot of room to place luggage.
